About us

Tourism Fund of Monagas State, is a non-profit making public organization which coordinates the development of local tourist activity, constituted under a civil association figure, responsible for the promotion of tourist attractions, belonging to Monagas and the Traning of the human resource in the tourist aspects.

Thus, the organization contributes to the improvement of Monagas' tourist image, regional, national and international scope, through the development and implementation of plans for tourist promotion and training, approved and handled by the Administrative Board of "Fondoturismo Monagas".

Cooperate, concerted action by public and private institutions, with socioeconomic development of Monagas State, in the integral formation of human resources, with the clear intention of making, in marketing subject, to our state in a sustainable and competitive tourist destination, both nationally and internationally.

Coordinate among sectors involved and Fondoturismo Monagas the development and Implementation of marketing and integral formation strategies of the human resource in accordance with the tourist policies of the State and the Region, based on excellence criteria in the collection and administration of the resources according with the Tourism Organic Law .
